Manage collections

Collections group your saved items around a topic or project. You can create, configure, and delete them from the web app at any time.

Where​

  • Create a collection: New Collection button at the bottom of the left sidebar
  • Settings (rename, icon, visibility, delete): on the Home page, hover a collection card → ⋮ → Settings
  • Create a folder inside an open collection: Create → New folder in the collection toolbar
  • Trash: the trash icon (🗑) in the top-right area of an open collection

How​

Create a collection​

  1. In the left sidebar, click New Collection. The Create new collection dialog opens.
  2. Under Icon & Name, pick an emoji and type a name.
  3. Under Permission, choose Private (only you) or Team (selected members).
  4. Click Create collection.

Rename, change icon, or change visibility​

  1. On the Home page, hover a collection card and click ⋮ → Settings.
  2. On the Settings tab, edit Name, Description, or Permission.
    • Private — only you can see the collection.
    • Team — only members you select can see it.
    • Whole workspace — all workspace members can see it.
  3. Click Save.

Add a folder inside a collection​

  1. Open a collection.
  2. In the toolbar, click Create → New folder.
  3. Enter a name in the New folder dialog that opens.

Delete a collection​

  1. On the Home page, hover a collection card and click ⋮ → Settings.
  2. On the Settings tab, click Delete collection.
  3. Type the collection name to confirm, then click Permanently delete collection.

Restore or permanently delete blocks from trash​

  1. Open a collection and click the trash icon (🗑) in the toolbar.
  2. Deleted blocks are kept here for 14 days. Click Restore to put a block back, or Delete permanently to remove it right away.

Limits​

  • Free plan: maximum 3 non-private (shared) collections per workspace; maximum 100 blocks per collection.
  • Paid plans have higher limits — see Plans & billing.
  • Only the collection owner or a workspace owner can open Settings or delete a collection.
  • Deleting a collection permanently removes all blocks inside it and cannot be undone.

Not available yet​

  • Moving a collection to a different workspace.
