Search

The search box inside a collection lets you find blocks by keyword — matching titles and link URLs by partial text. Search is scoped to one collection at a time, not the whole workspace.

Where​

  • Inside an open collection → search box in the top toolbar (shows the Search... placeholder)

How​

  1. Open a collection.
  2. Click the search box in the toolbar. It shows the Search... placeholder.
  3. Type a keyword. Results appear automatically after a short pause.
  4. Click a result to open that block in the detail panel.
  5. To clear the search, click the ✕ button that appears in the search box, or delete the text.

Limits​

  • Search covers one collection at a time — it does not span your entire workspace or multiple collections at once.
  • Only blocks you have access to appear in results.
  • Search matches titles and link URLs by partial keyword.

Not available yet​

  • Searching across all collections in a workspace at once.
  • AI semantic (meaning-based) search — currently under development.
