Workspaces

A workspace is the top-level container in Collec. Everything you do happens inside one: collections, members, plan, and credits all belong to a workspace.

How workspaces work​

  • You can belong to several workspaces — one for personal use, one per team — and switch between them from the sidebar.
  • Each workspace has its own plan and billing. Upgrading one workspace does not affect the others.
  • Members are invited per workspace. See Members.

Creating and deleting​

New workspaces are created through onboarding. If you delete your last workspace, you will be taken back to onboarding to create a new one.

Deleting a workspace removes its collections and items for all members. This cannot be undone.
