Related-block recommendations are not shown in the app yet. The meaning-based search that powers them already works — use search or AI chat to find related things you saved.

Collec builds an understanding of what each block is about and uses it to surface related material — things you saved months ago that connect to what you are working on now.

How it works​

Recommendations combine two signals:

  • Meaning — every block gets a semantic embedding, so blocks about the same thing are close even when they share no keywords.
  • Behavior — what gets saved and used together informs what is suggested together.

Where you see them​

Related blocks appear alongside the block you are viewing. The more you collect, the better the connections get — recommendations are a reason to save liberally rather than curate at save time.

Recommendations are computed inside your workspace. Your library is not used to recommend content to other users.
