Workspace settings

Workspace settings let you change the workspace name and icon, set your personal interface language, and leave or delete a workspace.

Where​

  • Web app: click the workspace name at the top left to open the workspace menu → Settings → General (name and icon)
  • Language is a personal setting, not workspace-wide: Settings → Basic Settings
  • Switching between workspaces: click the workspace name at the top left, then select another workspace from the menu

How​

Rename and set icon​

  1. Open Settings → General. The Workspace name field and Workspace icon picker are at the top.
  2. Edit the name and click Save.
  3. Click the icon to open the picker — select an emoji or upload an image. Click Save to apply.

Change language​

  1. Open Settings → Basic Settings.
  2. Under Language, pick English or Korean.
  3. Click Apply at the bottom. The app reloads with the new language.

Leave a workspace​

  1. Open Settings → General, scroll down to Danger Zone.
  2. Click Leave Workspace and confirm in the prompt.

Delete a workspace​

  1. Open Settings → General, scroll down to Danger Zone.
  2. Click Delete Workspace.
  3. Type the workspace name in the confirmation dialog, then click Permanently delete workspace.

Limits​

  • Only workspace owners can rename, change the icon, or delete the workspace.
  • Deleting a workspace permanently removes all collections, blocks, and files — export anything you need first.
  • After leaving, you need a new invitation to rejoin.
  • Language is a per-user setting — members of the same workspace can each use their own language.

Not available yet​

  • Workspace-level language enforcement (requiring all members to use one language) is not available.
