Credits

AI features — chat and media generation — consume credits from your workspace pool. Credits are granted monthly by your plan and shared across all members.

Where​

  • Web app: click the workspace name at the top left to open the workspace menu → Settings → AI Credits

How​

Viewing balance and usage​

  1. Open Settings → AI Credits. The screen shows your current balance, a daily usage chart, an activity breakdown, and a credit grant log.
  2. The Usage summary card lets you filter by the last 7, 30, or 90 days and switch between credits and request counts.
  3. The Credit grant log lists every monthly grant, top-up purchase, and rollover expiry.

Buying a top-up​

  1. Open Settings → Subscription → Add-on subscription tab.
  2. Pick a pack and click Buy. You are sent to Stripe to complete the payment.
  3. Top-up credits are added to the workspace pool immediately and never expire.

Limits​

  • Free: 500 credits per month, no rollover — the balance resets each month.
  • Starter: 5,000 credits per seat per month; up to 2 months of unused credits roll over.
  • Pro: 10,000 credits per seat per month; up to 2 months rollover.
  • Business: 20,000 credits per seat per month; up to 2 months rollover.
  • Enterprise: custom grant.
  • Credits are shared across the workspace pool — all members draw from the same balance.
  • Top-up packs: $10 = 8,400 credits · $40 = 33,600 credits · $160 = 134,400 credits. No expiry.
  • On a downgrade or cancellation, unused rollover credits are forfeited immediately.
