Side panel
The side panel is the extension's full workspace view. It opens alongside the page you are reading, so you can file things properly without switching tabs.
Where
In any browser tab, using one of:
- Ctrl+Shift+S — default keyboard shortcut to open the panel (may be changed in
chrome://extensions/shortcuts) - The Collec icon in the Chrome toolbar
- The 사이드바 열기/닫기 (Toggle sidebar) button on the floating bar
How
The panel has an icon rail on the right edge. Click each icon to switch views:

| 홈 (Home) | AI chat with a home screen — ask about the page you are reading |
| 채팅 (Chat) | AI chat in full focus |
| 컬렉션 (Collections) | The same workspaces and collections as in the web app |
| 클립보드 (Clipboard) | Items in your Collec clipboard |
Saving from the panel: paste a URL into the panel to save it as a link block.
Workspace switcher: click the workspace icon at the top of the rail. The dropdown shows your workspaces and lets you switch between them. From it you can also open 설정 (Settings) and 멤버 초대 (Invite members) in the web app.
Account menu: click the profile icon at the bottom of the rail to open the account menu — 설정 (opens the options page), 대시보드로 이동 (Dashboard), 문서 (Docs), 로그아웃 (Sign out).
Limits
- You must be signed in. A sign-in screen covers the full panel until you log in.
