Install the browser extension

The browser extension is the fastest way to save pages, links, and selections into Collec. Install it once and your workspace is one keystroke away from any tab.

Where​

The Collec Beta listing on the Chrome Web Store. The install-extension button in the web app opens the same listing.

How​

  1. Install from the Chrome Web Store. Open the Collec Beta listing and click Add to Chrome.
  2. Pin the extension. Click the puzzle icon in the Chrome toolbar and pin Collec so it is always one click away.
  3. Sign in. Click the Collec icon to open the side panel. If you are not signed in, a login screen covers the panel. Enter your email and click 계속하기 (Continue), or click a social tile (Google, Kakao, Apple, or GitHub). A Collec login window opens in your browser — complete sign-in there. The extension connects automatically when you finish.
  4. Save your first page. On any page, open the side panel. A bar at the bottom shows the current page — click the Bookmark icon (이 페이지 저장, Save this page) to save it as a link block.

Saves sync in real time: items you save from the extension appear in the web app immediately, and vice versa.

Limits​

  • The extension is built and tested for Chrome.
  • A Collec account is required to save items or use AI chat. The free plan is available at no cost.

Not available yet​

  • Automatic sign-in without the login popup. Sign-in always opens through collec.ai to keep a single session.
  • A Firefox extension.
